General terms and conditions for the use of the website and services provided through the Internet site www.steampunkburgers.com, owned by "STEAMPUNK" EOOD
I. SUBJECT
1.1. "STEAMPUNK" EOOD. is a single-member company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, entered in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Organizations under VAT 208257970.
The registered office of the company is at 8256, Sveti Vlas Str. "Kiril i Metodii № 6, electronic address (email) [email protected], website: www.steampunkburgers.com.
II. DEFINITIONS
In interpreting and applying these Terms and Conditions, the following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:
2.1. "Steampunk Burgers" means "STEAMPUNK" EOOD, with company registration number 208257970. Full details of 'STEAMPUNK' EOOD and contact details for the company are set out in Section I „SUBJECT“;
2.2. "Terms and Conditions" means these Terms and Conditions and the Schedules hereto and any subsequent amendments thereto which are disclosed and accessible on the Site;
2.3. "Links" means hyperlinks to other sites on the internet.
2.4. "User" means any natural person who uses the Site.
2.5. "Site" means the domain (internet address) https://www.steampunkburgers.com/
2.6. "Blog" means a website, the content of which is regularly supplemented with descriptions of events, news, recipes, recommendations, files, photos, and other informational materials presented in chronological order.
2.7. "News" means all news related to Steampunk Burgers, the Site, and the Blog.
2.8. "Subscription" means a subscription to news or blog content related to the Site and Steampunk Burgers.
2.9. "Steampunk Burgers Products" means all products offered for sale by Steampunk Burgers at the relevant time through the Site that are part of the Steampunk Burgers menu published on the Site.
2.10. "Chat Application" means any of the following chat applications: Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger.
2.11. "Telephone" means the telephone number listed in the Contacts: +359 879 161 176.
III. WEBSITE CHARACTERISTICS
3.1. Steampunk Burgers is a site for informing the User about the products offered by Steampunk Burgers, their content, quantity, price, and allergens. This information is available on the Site, through which Users have the opportunity to place orders by phone or Chat application, which is also a contract of sale and purchase of the menu products offered by Steampunk Burgers on the Site.
IV. SUBSCRIBE TO NEWS/BLOG AND QR CODE FOR FREE PRODUCT. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1. In order to subscribe to Steampunk Burgers News or Blog on the Site, the User must complete a form accessible through the Site by following the instructions. When subscribing, the User shall provide an electronic address (email address).
4.2. By subscribing to the Site, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4.3. By making a Subscription, the User represents and warrants that he/she is an adult natural person and that he/she is using his/her real email address for Subscription.
4.4. The User agrees and represents that he/she will provide true and complete information when completing the registration form on the Site. In the event of any changes to the circumstances stated at the time of initial registration, the User must update their information accordingly.
4.5. For the QR code to be considered valid, the User must have an active Subscription at the time they wish to use the code itself.
4.6. The QR code can only be used once and is valid only for one User who has an active Subscription.
4.7. The QR code is tied to placing an additional order and cannot be used on its own.
4.8. The QR code cannot be exchanged for other products.
4.9. The QR code cannot be provided to another User.
4.10. Steampunk Burgers only requires an email address from the User for News/Blog subscription; no other details are required or necessary.
V. ORDERS
5.1. Orders can be placed via the phone number provided on the Site or via the Chat application.
5.2. Orders can only be placed using the "Pick up on site" option from the physical address of Steampunk Burgers: 5 5 St. 3, Rakovina, 3, Steampunk, 8256.
5.3. Delivery to an address is NOT POSSIBLE.
5.4. The User has the option to choose from the menu of products offered by Steampunk Burgers, available on the Site. When ordering a burger, the User may take advantage of the "Add-ons" option to customize their order. Steampunk Burgers shall have the right to make changes to the Steampunk Burgers Products posted on the menu, their prices, and other terms and conditions regarding the pickup of the Products from the Site at any time and without prior notice. Users shall be deemed informed of said changes as of the date of their posting on the Site menu.
5.5. Users may place Orders for their desired Steampunk Burgers Products by calling the designated phone number or via the Chat Application, following these basic steps to complete and fulfill the respective Order:
5.5.1. Order by Phone or Chat application
a. Call the specified phone number or use the Chat application;
b. The User notes the Steampunk Burgers Products they want, as well as any Preferences and Add-ons.
c. The User informs about the time the order will be picked up from the Location;
d. The User confirms their order. Upon confirmation, the User agrees to purchase the Steampunk Burgers Products indicated by telephone;
e. The User pays for their order upon pick-up from the Location;
5.6. Removing products contained in a burger, appetizers, salads, or other menu items offered by Steampunk Burgers does not change the price of the product!
5.7. Orders will be accepted during the opening hours of Steampunk Burgers, as described on the Site.
5.8. A packaging fee will be added to all orders.
5.9. All orders with "Add-ons" will be charged the appropriate amount as detailed on the Steampunk Burgers menu.
VI. PRICES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
6.1. All prices advertised on the Site are in Euro (EUR), inclusive of VAT.
6.2. Payment methods:
6.2.1. Payment in cash.
6.2.2. By debit or credit card via POS terminal.
6.3. Payment shall be made at the time of receipt of the order.
VII. RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1. Steampunk Burgers is not responsible for any inadvertent omissions relating to the currency of the information contained on the Site; is not responsible for the consequences, including any damages, arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the Site; and is not responsible for any information on the Site from computer viruses or other threats. The information displayed on the Site is in accordance with the legislation in force; its use by users is voluntary and on their own initiative.
7.2. Steampunk Burgers is not responsible for the completeness, validity, and substance of the information contained in the Linked Sites. The inclusion of a link in the content of the Site does not imply a commitment on the part of Steampunk Burgers. Use of such linked websites is at the User's own risk.
7.3. Steampunk Burgers shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User while using the services on the Site.
7.4. Steampunk Burgers does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Domain.
7.5. Steampunk Burgers is not responsible for and does not guarantee 100% availability of all Steampunk Burgers Products offered on the Menu.
7.6. Steampunk Burgers shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its control.
7.7. Steampunk Burgers is obliged to comply with its agreements with the User.
7.8. The sale of products and services is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. For further questions, the User may contact Steampunk Burgers via email at [email protected] for feedback.
7.9. Any User who has subscribed to our newsletter may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is done via the link in the newsletter footer: "unsubscribe me from this list." The data that the User has provided when registering for the newsletter will be deleted from our database within 1 working day of the request being made.
7.10. Steampunk Burgers shall not be liable in the event that you are unable to subscribe via the Site, or in the event that any part of the Site is unavailable at any time, or access is of poor quality for any reason. Steampunk Burgers shall not be liable for any damage to telecommunications equipment, software or hardware, or for any loss of data resulting from materials or resources used in any way through the Site.
7.11. Steampunk Burgers is not responsible for the User's purposes or activities in connection with the use of the Site.
7.12. Steampunk Burgers may refuse to fulfill a User's Order.
VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CLAIMS
8.1. Pursuant to Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, a buyer who qualifies as a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act shall have the right to withdraw from the distance selling contract and to request the return of the goods ordered and purchased within 14 days of acceptance of the goods. In this case, for the products offered by Steampunk Burgers, Consumers are not entitled to withdrawal under Article 50 of the CPA, since the products have a short shelf life within the meaning of Article 57(4) of the CPA.
8.2. Notwithstanding paragraph 8.1, the User shall have the right to make a claim within 1 hour (one hour) from the time of receipt of the Order at the Place in the event that the Order is incomplete or the Products delivered do not correspond to the Order placed by the User. If the claim is made after this period, Steampunk Burgers shall not be obliged to follow the claims acceptance policy.
8.3. Within the period referred to in paragraph 8.2 and under the same conditions, the User may make a claim in any of the following ways:
a. On the premises of Steampunk Burgers.
b. By calling +359 879 161 176.
c. By email sent to the Steampunk Burgers email address: [email protected]. Steampunk Burgers may request the User to provide a photograph of the advertised Product in order to assess the validity of the claim.
8.4. No change or cancellation of an Order may be made after confirmation.
8.5. In the event of a valid Claim, Steampunk Burgers shall, at its discretion, offer any of the following options to resolve the identified problem:
a. Replacement of the Product with a new Product.
b. A discount or additional product on a subsequent order.
IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. The website address https://www.steampunkburgers.com is the property of Steampunk Burgers.
9.2. The Site with the Internet address https://www.steampunkburgers.com and all rights in the content of the Site, including, but not limited to, text, images, graphic logos, graphics, audio, and video materials, are owned by Steampunk Burgers under the Copyright and Related Rights Act and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9.3. The User shall have access to the Content with a view to its use for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and shall not use, record, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, or publicly distribute any intellectual property objects made available to the User by using the Services.
9.4. The User may not remove trademark marks and the affiliation of any other intellectual property right from the materials made available to him, whether the holder of the relevant rights is Steampunk Burgers or any other person.
9.5. No content from the Site may be copied, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, or used without the prior written permission of Steampunk Burgers. The exception is where it is for the personal, non-commercial use of the User.
X. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1. In view of the periodic additions and modifications to the Services, their improvement and expansion, as well as in connection with possible legislative changes that affect them, the General Terms and Conditions may be changed by Steampunk Burgers. Such modification may also be made in the event of a change in the type, nature, or technology of the Services provided, the discontinuation of certain Services, or a change in economic conditions.
10.2. When changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, Steampunk Burgers shall bring them to the attention of Users by posting them on www.steampunkburgers.com. Changes made by Steampunk Burgers shall take effect from the day they are posted on the Site.

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Manager of Steampunk Burgers on 18.02.2026 and shall apply to all users of the Site. If Steampunk Burgers changes or adds to the Terms and Conditions, Steampunk Burgers will update the previously posted Terms and Conditions, which will become binding on the User and Steampunk Burgers from the time the relevant update is posted.
